If purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 30 days of purchase, except seasonal items may be returned up to 7 days prior holiday. To return an item, the item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. You may return your order for free to the store or request a return through your online account. If you’re unable to request the return order through your online account or if you need help, please reach out to us at sweetenesscandynj@gmail.com.
In order for us to provide low prices, we do expect our customers to pay for the return shipping of the item back to us. This will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping costs can vary depending on the location of the return, size and weight of the item, and selected return method.
Delivery shipping fees or service charges collected on the order will not be refunded.
If an order is returned because you refused delivery, the appropriate return costs will be charged and deducted from your refund.

At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return it using our returns process and then place a new order.
